Brighton Cakes

I’ve lived in Brighton for 20 years and I love the city as much now as I did when I first moved here. So much so that it has provided a huge amount of inspiration for cakes over the years and indeed, for many years my business was named Brighton Cakes (and still is legally!) although it has now morphed into Gingerbread World. Still, the cakes will always hold a special place in my heart and Brighton Cakes in particular will continue to thrive.

I may have decided to focus on gingerbread but it’s truly hard to give up something you have loved since you were a little girl! So, I am always willing to take on cake commissions, creating something unique and based upon this iconic, vibrant and eclectic city.
